I received a DUI back in 2008 in Alberta and after moved back to BC. In 2012 BC reinstated my drivers license after an appeal and no longer required me to have to have the interlock device in my car. I'm thinking of moving back to Alberta and have been unable to find any information on if Alberta driver services will still be requiring me to have the interlock even though I have been driving again for the last 5 years and with no driving restrictions. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
