A juvenile hummer taking a break in the shade.
Nice!
After your bee shots Canucker, I was out back when I saw this honker of a bee buzzing around the same blue flowers as that previous shot. What macro lens you using? The 100L is just great.
Awesome EB!
Down at university today and took a shot of the lighthouse at the north entrance to the harbour.....it's B&W and I'm R&W
I like the bottom one Shep. Raw is the only way to go. I just got Light Room 4 and it has a option filled raw converter. It's a bit of a learning curve but I'm liking it so far.
One more bee! This bee shot stuff was an interesting excercise to undertake. Those fuckers move quickly!
Took this as the sun was headed your way.
Great shot Shep, like the bottom one as well! Great cityscape as well Shep!
EB, still using the 70-300 "big honking" lens for my macros. I need to get a 100mm though, less heavy! Great bee shots btw! Yeah, they don't stay still long.
We went out for a drive on the marsh today and caught a few cloudbursts.....made it to Lickety Splits in Gladstone for some ice cream eventually
Man that pic is giving me the wandering lust feeling again.
