Immigration is what keeps Canada and the US ahead of the curve on so many levels.
Look at the ‘old’ countries of Europe that have given us the first waves of settlement. Spain, France, the UK, Eire, Italy etc. All in the shit now and in full decay.

Also note that this press release is about foreigners who are ALREADY living and working in Canada. So its misleading to say 'more are coming,' not that its inherently a bad thing anyway.
