Besides at the rate things proceed (and no gov't is going to change that) I will be long gone and all the consulting and planning and hearings and lobster dinners will have driven the costs up to fifty trillion dollars and tankers will need to have sixteen layers of hull.
But I will be here when they finish TMX, China says fuck you, and they end up just sending a couple barges a week 20 miles south to Cherry Point Washington...

Tankers have double layered hulls. Seriously, tone down the rhetoric lest some one actually report you. At the end of the day, we're a nation; we're supposed to work together.

Someone should ask Herb if B.C. has its own coast guard and navy? Until then, it is ALL of Canada's and they can all go pound sand.
