In Winnipeg the police are getting into trouble over the increased issue of tickets, these tickets are being given by direction of the Chief . Some are in a up roar over this as it is seen as quota . Myself if you do not break the law no ticket and if you do pay and shut up . The police are there to enforce it so whats wrong , not like we do not need it .
