Classy outfit. The radio in the Jeep failed it will cost me about $1300 to replace it, I called told them I was cancelling the subscription.
THey immediately offered to drop fee to $60 for a year. It was over $250
Explained the car radio was dead, it didn't matter what the cost was.
They offered to send one of those add-on radios for only $80
No, I don't want one.
Offered to give me the radio free and only charge $60 a year.
Thinking now I should've taken the offer, tied it into my home system now we're stuck inside.
Now if only Jeep was so desperate! I'd happily pay $80 for an $80 radio and $60 to install it instead of $1300!
