Maybe you can send a PM to Proculation for the ones in Montreal.
Richelieu is just a 30 minute drive or so for him.
I really don't know anybody in town that I could ask.
Took a look at Mont-Joli but that's a 4 hour drive for me... one way.
If I was going to see friends in Gaspé, I'd stop on my way.

The one from Elmwood Cemetery in Winnipeg. Not sure how you wanted them sent so you can just take them from here.
