Frozen Mocha Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 tsp hot water
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 cup whipped cream
Method:
Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press onto bottom and half up sides of 9-inch spring form pan; chill. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and chocolate syrup. Dissolve coffee in water; add to cheese mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
