Pasta/Spaghetti Sauce?

My girlfriend made her famous meat sauce last night and that's what we're having for dinner tonight.
Lots of onion, garlic, chili peppers and the meat is ground horse.

My GF invited 2 of her friends for dinner so I'll have all the female companionship that I need.
Now all that's missing is some fresh Parmesan cheese and a (or 2) good bottle of Italian red wine to go with that. [drool]

get your self Emma brand plum tomatoes.

Mince garlic and dice onion fry both gloden brown. Take Plum tomatoes blend in a blender. place in pot where garlic and onion is frying. Cook out water. you can add salt and black pepper to taste. Simple and the best way.

What ever you do dont listen to Herbie that was just nasty! might as well buy Ragu'

After it cooks a bit add your meatballs or other meats let me know if you want a recipie for that.

The trick is, whatever ingredients you choose, to simmer. You should be able to stick a wooden spoon in your sauce and have it stand without leaning on the edge of your sauce pan. Low heat, stir every time you walk by.
