The water of life!
I like them all. At least, the ones I've tried.
Eh, I need something that won't give me a headache the next day.
Clontarf 1014 was awesome in this regard. Glenfiddich 12yo not so much.
My idea of a 'glass' of whiskey or brandy is on par with the same volume of orange juice most people have for breakfast.
About 6oz is the perfect pour for me.
A 'Glass' for me would be about 3 fingers in a coffee cup. If I kept OJ in the house, I'd drink it by the litre.
I do drink grapefruit juice by the liter, but it's so hard to find white grapefruit anymore. And Rye and Ginger or Whisky sour are my favourite cocktails.
That's a shitload of sugar .. I love grapefruit, but unfortunately....drug interactions. I do have a Fresca once or twice a month.
Grapefruit is why I switched to a mostly vegetarian diet, so I could get off Statins and get back on Grapefruit!
Nothing as good as a freshly sliced white grapefruit. Except, good whisky!
I wonder if grapefruit makes a good whisky sour. . . .
