What a lousy day for the game in Ottawa, snowing heavily with the yard lines having to be swept clean. Calgary scored on the 23rd play of the game, a 3rd and 1 play, to take a 6-0 lead, having missed the 2 point convert.

   

Toronto scores on the first play of the 2nd Q with Ricky Ray throwing a 100 yard pass and run touchdown, a CFL record, also missing the convert to make the score now 6-6.

   

Now 17-8 Calgary going into half time.

With an interception in the end zone with 8 seconds to go Toronto sews it up with a 27-24 win over Calgary to win the 2017 Grey Cup.

   

Bo Levi Mitchell got greedy, and paid the price. Now he'll have a full year to think about how he single handedly lost the game for his team.

I didn't really care who won but it's always good to see the not-as-favored team win. The snowy conditions just made it all that more perfect for a true east-west Canadian showdown.
