Sorry I missed out on replying yesterday. I had to work then got distracted by other things.

We just roasted a chicken on Sunday. Nothing too unusual for us to do anyway as roast chicken dinner is something we make at least once a month. Had an open-faced chicken/stuffing sandwich on toast smothered in gravy for dinner last night and as I type this my b/f is making chicken soup.

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving Day!

   

My wife, my grand daughter, a friend and I went to The Berry Barn for dinner. Excellent, and no leftovers.
