So far, so good. The weather is supposed to be sunny all weekend long and in the low 20s. Bought a bunch of burgers, chops and steaks for the BBQ which now has a fresh tank ready to go. To make it even better we are having a four day weekend, with Friday being a mental health day......and I even bought some cider and Kilkenny Cream Ale. To make it better, my cameras came in and boy are they tiny. $200 for each camera they better be good.

   

Have to work Saturday. The company replacing our fire suppression system is afraid that removing a relay may cause an EPO "emergency power off". So we have to shut everything down in the morning, and come back 12 hours later to start it all back up again.

   

Heading to the cottage Friday to open it up for the year and a weekend of booze, bbq and burgers. I expect to get eaten alive by blackflies as they're usually really bad this time of year but it will still be a nice change of routine.

Weren't you just bragging about BBQ chicken. We're also doubling the weekend for our youngest son's 13 th birthday.....burgers for the kids and steak pour moi.

I'm working on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Wish I was working on Monday, the double-time stat pay would be nice! Friday wasn't a pre-scheduled shift but I agreed to take it for someone who can't work that day. No biggie as 2 of the shifts are only 6hrs, leaves lots of time to hopefully enjoy some good weather.
