Engine snorkel, useful for Houston right now?

What is it? Just a rugged-looking camper?

Lots of space on the side to write "Bikini Modelling Auditions" too. ;)

When I saw "Bliss Mobil" on the back of the truck, I thought that it might be a travelling whorehouse.

So, the stars are aligning so that I can afford a new computer. Just started ordering components. I'll be liquid cooled, based on an AMD Ryzen Threadripper processor. And this case:

I'm actually thinking of using my modelling experience to give it more of a 'Borg' appearance. That's why I wanted the black case, instead of the usual white for that model.

I could give it a graphite and clear green wash, and enhance the green glow effect. ;)

Plus a couple electroluminencence panels . . .

I was going to build my own fan and pump controller using a Raspberry Pi or Ardunio, and an Adafruit TFT . . .could make an easy Borg or even Matrix screensaver for it.

Go for broke and make it a component of a 1/350 scale Borg ship to match out with the 1/350 scale Enterprise. Fill a whole room with it.

Gee, all it needs is a Mr. Coffee machine, and you can threaten to throw it out
the office window and wait for the 88mph.

I'm looking at ekwb cooling, two P series kits as that chassis can handle two watercooling kits and radiators. One kit for the processor, one for the VGAs.

Video will be dual XFX Raedon Vega 64's with 8GB of DDR5 RAM, mainly because it's the only one that Newegg has in stock right now. Mainboard will be an ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme, sTR4 X399 chipset, 128GB of RAM. Dual Intel SSD's, in a stripe set. 8O I'll have to cave and run Windows 10 in a dual boot mode too. :( Win7 doesn't support Threadripper.

I might replace my gaming keyboard, mouse and headset, but haven't decided. They serve me well (all Razer), and don't show any signs of wear. Can't replace my gaming keypad, Logitech G13, because there is nothing like it anymore. Odd how geeks can have nerdgasms over the type of springs in a keyboard. ;)
