The buffalo are raised in Québec... the yogourt is really good and they make cheese that I haven't tasted yet.

They won't be like the ones my Baba used to make! But the same can be said for her perogies, borscht, pickles, jam, sauerkraut... *sigh*

My other half makes really good cabbage rolls. I've told him my Baba would approve!
