Recieving that information, if freely given, isn't illegal. ;) Using it to steal his identity - like he does to other people while in India - that's illegal. XD

No man, that's a crime it's called "fraud". The main difference between fraud and steal is that person "gives it (property, information etc) by his own. In steal you take it without permission. The another question is why that person is such idiot))

Fraud is intentional deception. I'm not being decietful. I have no use for this person's information, my intenet is to convey to them that we aren't stupid and we know why he's here. (to steal information or sell us crap we don't want)
