It's true though. There are 3 mini infill home sites under construction in the neighbourhood. 2 Were pre-built by robot. 1 has to work in -40 next week, the other 2 spent less than a week going from foundation to working on the inside.

If you want to build a home fast, get a robot to build most of it.

   

The real bottleneck is the zoning and the manpower.
