Morocco current flag was adopted in 1956, although its original version was the flag from 1666. The flag of Morocco is a red field with a green star and intermixed with a black border. It has a ratio of 2: 3 for the star size relative to the size of the flag. There are a couple of different versions of the current flag. It is when the calendar is taught in the upper left corner and when civil signals at the four corners. The sign flag remains yellow and resembles a crown with a star on top.

According to history, the flag of Morocco is the real decline of the people of the Prophet Muhammad in the country. The descendants were related to the wife of Ali, who was named Fatima. The red color was chosen for the flag because it was important for the Sharif of Mecca and Yemen magnets. The flag of the 17th century was red, without adding a star. It is used to describe the ancestors of Morocco.

In 1915, Morocco has ruled Mulay Yusuf changed and ruled the earth. It was decided that Yusuf Solomon's seal must be on the flag. The seal was green and reflective. It was a pentangle or interlaced star. The pentagram is considered a form of occult law. The Seal of Solomon was a six-pointed star originally (before 1900) and was also known as the Star of David. During World War II, the flag underwent another change in six-pointed star with a five-pointed star and the pentangle. The six points were intended to symbolize life, wisdom, good health, and other common religious symbols. When the flag was changed to five points, it is considered a symbol because it better reflects the five pillars of Islam.

The red flag with the star has been used in the countries of the interior during the French and Spanish government. The peoples of the sea, the country's flag was banned. The seal was still considered an occult symbol, and therefore the Spanish and French do not think that should be used. In 1956, the flag was adopted by all the country when Morocco gained independence. The entire country of Morocco was under the dominion of Africa again, with little influence from Spain or France.

Morocco has not always bright red flag or the flag with the star that used today. Before 1666, Marinid and Saadi dynasties ruled the country, and the flag was completely white. For a short period of time, the flag had the Star of David in gold on it too. The oldest known flag of Morocco was a red flag with a square black and white pictures in the center, which was used from the 11th to 13th centuries.
