Wonder how many people went home and applied from there ?

   

Half the province of Newfoundland and one third the province of Ontario.

   

A lot of companies have been offering Records of Employment merely as a means to help their workers draw unemployment, with the understanding that they will be "hired" back as soon as things start to pick up again. More like a layoff versus losing a job.
