I'm glad they get rid of the four lobbyists food groups. Seemed kind of limiting.
What is this "water" they speak of? Where the hell is the meat? There needs to be an animal carcass on that plate.

Sugar, salt, grease and alcohol will forever be the 4 food groups!

Pecan Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Key Lime Pie, Shoefly Pie, Buttermilk pie, Peach Pie, Mincemeat pie, Pumpkin pie, Succotash pie, . . .
Embrace the rainbow of pie.

I do love tourtière. Best cultural appropriation since we claimed Poutine.
My wife bakes Blackberry Apple pie, no added sugar and thankfully no fucking Cinnamon.
My doctor has been telling me this for years, so it's nothing new, but why is this even necessary?

They tend to react badly to extra carbs in their diet. Lots and lots of diabetes in first nations people.
And I agree, when I first started to pay attention to the old Food Guide, I tried to eat the recommend servings in a day, and gained a lot of weight.
