I guess some feel that the rules just don't apply to them.

I remember an interview with her on the cusp of legalization where the reported asked if she'd stop promoting the destructive and soon unnecessary 420 protests.

Her answer goes along way in explaining where her mindset is. She said that no, she wouldn't stop organizing these protests because:

So as you can see she's amped up her one bitch campaign to make the use of marijuana anywhere she thinks it should be legal, legal. Rules, regulations and the rest of us be damned.

If you can't smoke tobacco on the vessel then you sure as hell shouldn't be able to smoke marijuana on it just because she says so. But since BC Ferries is a private corporation all they have to do to rid themselves of this self proclaimed Joan of Dope is to ban her from BC Ferries for smoking onboard.

Look at some of what she posts on Twitter. Constantly complains about how unfair laws are pertaining to cannabis, continually slags everyone about it, yet her arguments are all one-sided and without merit. She also has a tweet where she freaks out about how horrible it is that there are Haagen-Dazs ice cream products with minute traces of alcohol in them.

Pothead logic = blame alcohol.

She's nothing but a sideshow freak that gets far too much attention.
