How prevalent is drugging? Assuming a decent wage/living attracts this lifestyle and am wondering whether it is a good choice for those in recovery?

   

I turned down a job in the patch about 1997 due to some unique circumstances. I found out later that the entire crew were potheads. Maybe 6 months after that someone on the crew was airlifted out after they were hit by a chain or casing (I don't recall which). I remember being very happy about not taking the position on that crew.
