Friday night's snowfall didn't cause many accidents in the city. The drive along north on the Deerfoot was very slow. The drive home to Strathmore had very poor visibility, vehicles littered the ditches of the Trans Canada Highway. No ploughs!

Calgary drivers are always being warned to slow down as winter finally makes its presence known with snow, and to be more careful and leave a lot of space between vehicles in the coming days as temperatures fluctuate, turning snow into slush that freezes into ice at night.

Now, do you think that this will really happen. I don't!

Whats up with the plough thing ??? It pisses me off . I ended up driving for a couple hours on the #1 at less than 50 kmph . ......oh I almost forgot , did you get any of that deep wet snow yet , you get some good dumps there in the late winter early spring . by the way you can leave the graffiti on the bridge ....it looks kind of cool

Mother nature is making up for the late winter. It's been like spring here since mid Nov! Hot babes would look much better on the bridge....

that would be great but don't remove all the graffiti on the bridge....I could get lost!
