CKA Jail System Coming Soon

To help the moderators out and to reduce workload I might have to do I am implimenting a "Jail" system.
Almost all hte mods don't have access to ban users, only admins with that certain access can do it. So its a bit of a pain.
So this system will make it easier for mods to hand out temporary bans, meaning you can set a ban to a certain amount of time.
Also there will be a 2nd level to the system that will let the forums moderate themselfs. A person banned or in jail can get enough bail votes from other user to get out of jail... if he can post bail that is... hehe
The bail voting and listing of whois banned and who has been banned in the past is all in a page called the "Courthouse". All these links will soon be available under the new "RCMP" drop down menu at the top of the forums.
I will post when the system comes online, but you may leave comments and suggestions now.

well funy you mention that, you can use "points" to pay for bail, could work with that somehow.
Also when a user is in jail there avatar on all there posts will look like its behind bars!

I don't know if this is related but suddenly the pages aren't displaying properly.
I get some posts and pages elongated for no reason.
Is it just something I did?

Netscape and moxilla but I just recently bought a song from puretracks and cannot get the license to play/cross.
Ever since I used the windows firewall I have been having problems even when I disable it and can't figure out why. It hasn't affected my posting here until now. It isn't to bad but it makes certain pages scroll down longer for no reason. Trying to rectify..........
