"No person shall transmit the result or purported result of the vote in an electoral district to the public in another electoral district before the close of all of the polling stations in that other electoral district."
People are reminded not to make early election results public before the end of polling time in Canada which is 7:00pm PT....10:00pn ET.
Anyone posting early results will have their post deleted and face a possible 24 hour banning!

Elections Canada found the ban impossible to enforce because of social media and the internet. They gave up "monitoring premature release of data."[5] The plan is not just supported by the Conservatives, "Repealing the ban is consistent with recommendations by the Chief Electoral Officer, who highlighted the difficulties associated with enforcing the ban in his report following the 41st general election."

Just me but I'm reasonably certain of my projection that the vast majority of the winners of the election will be Canadians.
