I improved the add picture to gallery page.

Wasn't showing all the sub galleries properly and was really slow to load, it had to scan the actual folders.

I redid the code so its all database based and its much faster.

Applied some nice formatting so all the sub cats are there and indented, plus added some colour highlights.
