Fats, is the Motor Vehicle dept over there riddled with Attention Deficit Disorder?

How often do they need to change the plates for your cars? In one day last week, I saw an Anne of Green Gables plate, a Confederation Bridge plate and now a new one with something about green garden but with a picture of a red mud cliff???? Come on pick a plate!!
