An African Nova Scotian is a decendant of a slave from the US that made it through the underground movement to Nova Scotia and thus became a free person of color. Everything about NS is fucked up, we have a Con government need I say more? I'm not a fan of the Liberals but Jesus H Christ the Cons in this province need to learn what leadership means. If you think our education system is screwed you should learn about our health care policies on "Drinking Water" or lack there of in our major hospital. Shameful, bloody shameful.
