YOU GET 10¢ A LITRE AT CANADIAN TIRE GAS??? We only get 5¢ a litre. Not fair.

I'm looking forward to skyrocketing oil prices... it's about time mass-transit improved and the alternative energy market picked up. The average joe won't pay attention until you hit them in the pocketbook.

I can remember when it was 25.9 a litre back in the 80's... in everything increased the way gas prices do..
Last year we were paying 68.9 thats 68.9 .. what has happened in the world to cause gas to jumps 30+ cents in one year. It's not just the taxes.. the oil companies are screwing us dry over the barrell because they can.
They can blame it on Iraq bolivia.. everything possible.. so they can rake their money in hand over fist. oh by the way bottled drinking water is on it's way up too just in time for summer. $2.00 for a litre.. hey thats more than gas.

I have watched carefully the price increases in the Chilliwack area and they are always initiated by the Petro Can station at Airport and Yale Road.
95.9 today when the price per barrel is down to $40.00

Ya, now the excuse is that they are producing less gas so there is a shortage. Nice necro by the way.

don't confuse gas with oil, can you put oil straight into your gas tank?

the wholesale price of gas was at 95 cents a US gallon(US funds) in December and has been rising ever since.

today's price....1.29 oil.png

thats 34 cents a liter(US funds)convert that to Canadian funds and add tax pertaining to your region (BC means a whole lot of tax :P ) ...double it .and add a profit margin.

Oil consumption has only dropped 10% because of the recession and gasoline consumption has dropped less than 2 % in the last 12 months. Considering that we should be amazed that gasoline and oil are so cheap.
