Going down for a few days, stayin' a friend's place in Richmond, still have a couple of days where we don't know what we're doing.
Anyone got any suggestions?? Any neat little things that tourists should, but don't often see? Anything that'll be fun. and cheap...

Cheers!

I know I'm going to be eating my fair share of Asian foods when I'm there, going downtown and doing some shopping, wandering for a day.
Anyone know what the Anthro Museum at UBC is like?

Don't know the weather in Vancouver, but the seawall is free and fun to do.

Hop on the sky train and maybe visit Lougheed Town Centre, Metrotown, Burnaby Town Centre.

China Town, Stanley Park.

A fun thing I enjoyed on my numerous trips to Vancouver is just driving through the rich areas of Shawnisee (sp), Endwonment Lands, etc.

Oh and something I ALWAYS do when I visit Vancouver is go out with friends (with the car doors LOCKED), and drive down East Hastings and Hooker Valley (slang term for the area who has the child and transvestite prostitutes). Its a real culture shock if you come from a nice area.
