Sounds like the guy was an idiot. He is reading a union card stating that he wants his Weingarten rights when he is not working in a union shop. He has NO Weingarten rights. Failure to meet with his supervisor is insubordination. Its grounds for immediate termination. The company states that he was constantly tardy. That would be one of the easiest things to prove/disprove. Modern time clocks keep records. They state that he had a three hour commute. Anyone that has a three hour commute is going to be late, a lot.

No doubt that Amazon is going to fight tooth and nail to keep the union out (same as any corporation would), but using this guy as a poster boy for the union is a lost cause.

   

Amazed they hired him TBH.
