I am shocked.
A week ago I began a new thread. The thread was a pole to see what YOU, my fellow Canadians thought about George "DUB-YA" Bush.
I was amazed when I found that the next day, the thread was snipped.
Why?
Are we not entitled to our opinions? Is a poll not a good way to determine our feelings about the president of our closest neighbors?
What are your feelings on Bush? What are your feelings on censorship of those feelings?
Answer carefully...Big Brother is watching...
Great president. Anytime the world's socialist elite wail about an American president, you got to know he is a good president.
I'm guessing the reason your forum thread may have been deleted is this:
Most times when anything comes up about USA, it turns into a bicker topic. Canadians start saying "USA this, USA that..." then an American comes in, trying to defend their country, but at the same time says "Canada this, Canada that..." and the thread turns into a big argument about the 2 countries.
The USA is our closest neighbour and our biggest trading partner. We should not start a verbal war with them.
The reason I know this is my first thread (started about Mad Cow Diesease or something) turned into a "battleground" of words. We have both Canadian and American members, lets be respectful. Thanks.
PS: Canada Kicks Ass!
Well said DMP.
