I am confussed as to the current marijuana laws in the provinces. What are they? Legal? Illegal? Are they national laws or province by province?

in B.C. it might as well be legal cuz everyone does it anyway....everywhere else nobody gives a fuck except the bureaucrats and rich ppl with their noses in the air.

oh how I love Vancouver, you get whiffs of the stuff just walking down the street, not enough to get a buzz, but enough to know it's there....
