Since the day Bush was elected I dont think I have ever met or spoken to anyone who voted for the man. Bush is a genius, the first President of the United States who became President without anyone actually voting for him.

Wow thats a real scientific study. Asking people who they voted three and a half years after the election. And then expecting these people top tell the truth. Then it depends where you live, in Mass. very few voted for him, in Tex. many people voted for him.

I voted for G W bush in 2000 and 2004. The only thing I am upset about is they way he is spending. Its out of control. He is a liberal when it comes to spending.

We are winning in Iraq, Have not been attacked since 9-11, The economy could be better, but for most of his term the economy was good. I have nnot lost any rights that people are talking about on line. thats all shit and hearsay.

Outside of Government Officials, Corporate Executives, Businessmen, all who have personal agendas and national loyalties other then Canada due to the fact that most corporate and medium size businesses in Canada are U.S. foreign owned and operated, most average Americans don't think about Canada on a daily or monthly bases. They don't care about what Canadians or foreigners think about America or anything else for that matter. Americans, as a whole, could care less if anyone else in the world disapproves of their Governments policies. The average American wouldn't care now or in the future unless it impacted their lives directly today at this very moment. Which for the most part Canada doesn’t? Thus, the attitude of who cares what happens to Canada or Canadians, coldness, indifference and lack of apathy. The less one knows of something the more it is likely that one will have little if any neither understanding nor compassion for it.

Canadians, though, live in a relatively large Country but with a population 1/9 the size of the worlds only surviving superpower, thus Canadians don't have that luxury of ignoring its southern neighbors will, wants, dislikes or not caring what they are doing in the world no matter which party democrat or republican is ruling since Canadians have allowed themselves to be tied and integrated into the U.S. economy so much already. If we speak up too loudly our employers take offence and my even fire us. As the saying goes one should not put all one’s eggs in one basket.

As far as NAFTA is concerned the first five years of the agreement cost Canadians approx. 6 million jobs at a time when our national population was around 28 million. I think Canadians can say they have been effected just as much if not more then Americans if one knows and understands the agreement.

But if one doesn't like the agreements our two Nations sign and we don't like the the ruling Governments attitudes, policies, opinions and actions that should not stop citizens of our two countries from speaking up against them or debating them. We should be able to do so without being disrespected and called Anti-American or Anti-Canadian nor be denied our Democratic rights. As for Governments attacking each other for political gain shows only disrespect for each other.

Yes I agree the American economy is in a wonderful state, you currently owe $9,395,402,909,576.37 isnt that just winderful, and if you believe you are winning in Iraq then you are delusional. Your own people admit that if you leave Iraq it will slide straight into civil war. Mc Cain has already stated that he will not pull troops out until AMerica has secured its own interests in the country. Terrorists have also worked out they dont have to invade Amerca to kill Americans they can now kill Americans and be home in time for dinner 3,996 poor American soldiers have been killed in Iraq since 2003 and 29,395 injured.
America is full of wonderful people being led by a meglomaniac. Nuff said.

or judging all Canadians by the policies of the current baby bush administration in ottawa is a mistake as well.. dont judge us all by a few rednecked rightwing brainwashed torys who voted him in .. we will vote him out soon enough.. then we can get back to being real canadians...

Did you watch any of the news piece'c on Iraq this weekend? The residents there would disagree with you.

"A wave of attacks across Iraq on Sunday killed 54 people, while insurgents bombarded Baghdad's heavily fortified Green Zone with mortar fire, sending US embassy staff scurrying into bunker". What price victory?
I trying to work out how many litres of blood in a human body, then I will compare it with how much oil Bushes friends have pumped out of Iraq.
Maybe we should just design a car that runs on blood.

4,000 Americans have died so a woman can walk the streets without a burka, not the best analogy.
