Yup, another poll.
Two part poll question:
1) As a Canadian who do you want to see win this election ? Republicans (Romney) or Democrats (Obama).
2) Which party has been the most supportive to the Canadian economy in the past decade or so ? Republicans or Democrats.
FTW in the poll means: For the win.
1) President Obama. And I'd like to see a balanced Congress with as many TeaBircher GOP losing their seats as possible.
2) Neither. The US will do what it wants to do. All that "America First" economic prattle that happened a couple of years ago from the Dems was balanced out years ago by the attacks on BC softwood and Alberta beef courtesy of the GOP. Our concerns are not on any of their radars.
Exactly. Economic nationalism is the new reality and neither party will be good for Canada in regard.
Go make me a sammich, Bodah
Obama, btw
I didn't see the "Go fuck yourself" option.
Tuna on rye.
Hop to it.
Mucho gracias!
I'm interested in what happens but I don't see a huge change for us up here from either guy.
Seems most people on here couldn't give two sweet fucks about the election.
I like Obama but I think the republicans are way more user friendly when it comes the Canadian economy.
What election?
I want Romney to win because Americans are like drug addicts: they need to hit rock-bottom before they can hope for recovery. The 2008 financial crisis that they created didn't seem to teach them any common sense, given the popular support for Romney. So maybe they need a government that will deregulate their economy on the Russian model, dive back into another middle-eastern war and fuck-up the environment on an even grander scale before they finally grasp what virtually everyone outside of the USA already understands. YEE-HAW!!!
Who's having an election?
All I can say is thank christ it's almost over so, no matter who wins the American public is gonna lose and by default, us along with them.
