We should be more grateful to our neighbors

I don't think all that many of us realize just how much we benefit from the USA's presence below us. We practically owe our sovereignty to their military power. Who would have protected us from the Japanese? Or the USSR? It's about time we start being grateful to our closest allies instead of flipping them off every chance we get.

Hmmnn....I think us folk in the US who wish to flip us(US) off once in a while should be grateful that we have our neighbors, Canada to look to for a breath of fresh air once in a while
