Prior to Bush, every US president made Canada thier first offical visit. Bush went to Mexico first. I think Obama will choose either the UK or China for his first offical visit.

Not a true story, that's what the media wants you to believe, read deeper.

The contrast between Obama and Harper will be highly apparent when the US prez visits. It will be an edifying sight for the Canadian public.

Obama will be revealed as the hard core right winger he is, next to the middle of the road Harper.

Drinking and posting again I see.

Is that 'kaus he's black?

More likely he'll be here to tell us that he asked the big-3 Auto companies to close their foreign plabts in Canada and Mexico in order to save US jobs.

Actually only 4 of the last 7 US Presidents have visited Canada first.

Naw, I think he's visiting Canada first simply because he knows who America's friends are, and closing down auto plants would tend to alienate us from them.

And, just a guess, but I think he might want to push the North American Union. Now, more than ever, the U.S. needs something like that.

"Trois cervesa, please."

It's awesome how politic can change:
One time, we have a progressist leader, and they have a conservative one, and the other time, they a a charismatic/progressist/intelligent leader, and ve have an "intelligent-but-fuckin' cons'" leader.
