While I agree that their should be a limit on political donations.
Why are we the tax payer on the hook for it?
So my vote is actually costing me money.........
It was soft politics that the Liberals love.Its safe and they can say "Look at us we are the nice guys that tax the hell out of you than spend it."
Yes I do know that all parties got half thier money back after an election and it was harsh on small parties that are looking for footing.
But this bullshit that the goverment will pay for each vote was just a headline grabber and yet another service fee.Chretien does not care about anything but his image.
