Trev,
Considering sending you a donation but I seem to have three different addresses for you. Is the one above correct??
ask for address
Don't want to screw this up like last time.
Good luck with your new server. I haven't been around for a while but I do believe things are running much, much faster here.
You seem to move around a lot!
fixed the news voting and checking the profile thing now
FYI, I am testing a new feature in IIS7 called output caching. Its set to 10 seconds right now, so if working correctly you might not notice a change on any page after making a post and such for 10 seconds or less.
thanks again, fixed that one.
So no one has had any major errors in the forums today? What about the problem when spuradicly some forum links would append a long string to the URL resulting in the page loading a 404 error page.
I had one error, but I refreshed, and it was fine again. Haven't had one since...
I posted this news story this morning and it showed snookums as the poster. I don’t have a problem with that as long as she agrees with every story I post under her name.

I had to take the site down from 9PM PST until 12PM. Had to update the old servers BIOS then reformat it again, then re-setup the server. Its all back online now and hopefully it will run stable now.
This is where CKA lives.
So which one of those babies is ours??
$25 on it's way via PayPal.
I just wanted to get some feedback on how the site has been behaving the last month. Specificly the forums, have they been fast for you, has there been periods where it was slow or even broken? Before the new server the forums would often slow to a crawl fairly often, I haven't noticed it happening.
I have had multiple "page can not be displayed" pages (which could be fault of Shaw though...), Lots of temporary HTML 500 errors, but refreshing the page solved that problem...
It has been terribly slow even this morning.
where are you getting 500 erorr pages? please let me know the URL where it happens.
Not any now. I will next time
