Forum Growth

The site has grown a lto the last couple years but i think the forums are not as active as they could be. the side gets a minimum 3000 people a day visiting it, but only around 300 people visiting the forums a day.
I would really like to increase this number, get more people posting, more subjects, maybe more forums.
If anyone has suggestions for different forum ideas, post here.
Also if you can help out by spreading the word, try to bring people in to the forums to enjoy the community.
Also let me know any suggestions you have for the forums!

You want the site to grow and continue to represent Canada, Trev? Limit the hate literature that some here feel free to spew.

I agree with a ban on Muslim immigration until this entire al Quida/Muslim fanaticism business has been resolved satisfactorily - perhaps it will pressure the mental mullahs and insane immans to preach a proper sermon of peace, integration and tolerance.

Are not only inaccurate. but are extremely offensive to people who do not believe in discrimination against Muslims.

We have laws against hate literature in this country, yet this board is being used by racists to spread their message of intolerance. Think that may be keeping some people away?

Maybe a no holds barred section (where anything goes) A few people on here seem to need it.

also what all those people do. I come for the forums and rarely do anything else here except say something silly about the random pics every now and then. It does seem like the same old dozen people and a couple of animals posting every day. Maybe we are just so clever the other 2,986 just come to read us. What else is there to do? Am I missing something?

I often come here to ask questions. With all the people surfing through the forum topics, someones gotta know something. I try to add my opinion to topics of debate (I am still a little young for the political debates though).

unfortunatly, i don't have the personal time to read all the topics, so i miss a lot of these hate and rasist remarks. how would you feel about helping out with the forum moderation Rev?
hehe on that note, Karra has been emailing me, about getter herself unbanned.... i dont think i will...
I think i might try and make the recent forum psots on the frontpage bigger, i did but 2 forum banner adds in the rotation at the top of the site.
I will add a story/poem section and a games section sometime soonish

i have made the forum site header less heavey, no longer displays the banner or or 3 site promos, and is 30 pixels shorter.

I added a quick reply feature, just click the Quick reply button at the bottom of a topic and it will popout, this is for fast replys not neading all of the advanced reply features. Also you won't have to load another page, so its faster.
