If you ran Canadaka for one day/hour/whatever, what would you do/change?
I expect this to be a light-hearted discussion... I'm in no way suggesting the Mods or Trevor are doing a poor job. This is just for fun.
Me: I'd delete the following threads:
The Name Game
Answer a Question with a Question
Endless Story
Or a least make it so they don't pop up on the "Recent Topics" list. I'd also make add a "political orientation" option in the Forum Profiles, so everyone can judge each other right away, without having to read others' posts.

Streamline the forums, add more sport games and add more medals (like “sports” or “medal whore”). I won’t suggest a chat room, but could someone explain why there isn’t one (I sincerely must have missed the thread)?
