I made some fixes and changes to the photos section.

It now has a lower profile header, so the pictures will load closer to the top of the screen, for people with lower resolutions.
Made some things look a little nicer, comments and such.
also added random photos and "Member Gallery Quick Links" to the index page.

It's a chaff rocket, not a missile. This one in particular is just a dart - it's a dummy. It will just fly out and go splash. It is mostly likely me firing it - chaff rockets are decoys used in electronic warfare. They explode, there is a cloud of chaff that looks like a ship or juicy target (hopefully) on a radar display or the radar in the nose of a missile.

That's the efflux area - you are to stand outside the red area. For safety though we keep the entire bridge wing out-of-bounds.
