hey, i just joined, and noticed that i'm getting a million e-mails. i guess the site automatically sends you an e-mail whenever anyone responds to yur posts. can someone let me know how to disable this please? thx in advance

check the options sidebar on the right..
make sure the 'notify me' box is off..

In the menu bar: My CKA, then select <Edit Profile>, then select <Forum Preferences> from the box on the left, then it's the 3rd selection from the top, plus you can change all other preferences while you are there.
