Why did you join CKA?

to meet people?
to argue?
to unload you personal opinions?
other?

it seems everyone here has an agenda (myself included i suppose) so what is YOUR agenda?

ps no conservatives need answer, i'm only looking for intelligent replies

In the first place I joined CKA to give my English skills a boost. Now it is fun too :P

I found myself discussing things with people I would never have thought to have a discussion with, I've met some great people who think alike, and, very important to me, I learned a lot about Canada!

I found it by accident looking for a maple leaf tattoo.

Browsed it for a while, liked the front page news (saved me from going through my usual 4 sources every morning), was intrigued by the variety of opinions on some of the threads on various topics, and the word games were fun.

No agenda. CKA is just a nice, diverse site.

I joined when this place was a massive daisy chain of Liberals. It was a challenge but it was fun, and many of the same right-ish people are still here and it's the left that's dropping off. I looked at a few sites and saw that this had the best discussions with the least ammount of forced agendas.

I have more in common with Washington State than I do anything east of Albera, so this was a good source of opinions and discussion with other Canadians.

.. and you're no conservative comment leaves you wide open.
