The new format that uses this image: as a link to the beginning of the article, while in other places as a link to the last post of the article is a little confusing... Plus clicking the thread title goes to different places depending on whether you're at the "view your posts" page, or the "Topic Scroll" page, or the main forum page.
Could these links maybe be cleaned up so they're consistent, and use a different icon for the first post than the one used for last post?
I like that idea too. Even if there was just one icon that sent you to the last post in the thread.
For threads that have alot of pages it would sometimes be helpful if we were able to jump to a specific page instead of having to click through 4 spots at a time.
I just thought I'd compliment you on your recent improvements. I haven't seen a php error or mysql error for many weeks. congratulations!
Would it be possible to add the flag of Tibet for those people interested in expressing solidarity for the Tibetans?
Suggestion to improve CKA:
Here's an interesting one....In one area of the forums only , allow the creator of a thread to moderate the comments on it. It would create a very interesting dynamic. Censorship, and cautious disagreement would be very common, and perhaps even interesting at times.
phpBB allows you to appoint a moderator to a specific forum, like a jokes forum. But then they would have access to all threads in that forum. And, the creator of each thread would still be kept out of the loop.
another mini golf game would be nice
suggestion: stop polluting the top of the screen with 'sticky' thread that are less active than the threads below it.
or if you are going to persist in this practise, then how about making it look a bit different, so it is easy for my eyes to find the active threads.
I will look at adding a spoiler mod after the forum upgrade, its a common mod, shouldn't be hard.
One thing I would like to see is the use of more , and different types of FONTS! A setting so you could select your default font so that different types of writing styles could emerge would be useful as well as being able to upload custom ones.
