I wanna get an idea of what are the most popular t-shirt sizes to order. Because to start out there will only be 2 sizes per design.
lol trev you dont even got the fatmans size up there dude...nothing less then a 2xx for me...pasit03fat....5ft 8 245lbs with a 60 inch chest and a 21 inch neck...pasit03fat
Can I get one for Mrs. Rev? She's normal woman sized, just like the nearest saleswoman who looks to be about the same.
I added an XXlarge see what the popularity of that size is.
I really know jack shit about size conventions for shirts.
Like is a MALE XL the same on all t-shirts? or does it differ from brand to brand, or country to country, whatever.
I do believe that they run about the same every where Trev...then again I could be wrong because I try my hardest to only buy Canadian made products...pasit03fat
I think just for a normal T-shirt, male X-large would be the popular size. Most T-shirt giveaways and such usally are X-large to cover up the beer belly..
Hi there, I can answer your question about sizing. It really depends on where the shirts are made. For example if the are made by a manufactuer who is in an Asian country or who provides clothing to Asian countries, the XL will be smaller than the XL that is made in Canada.
Since the Asian population in Toronto and Vancouver has become so high in recent years, Canadian manufactuers are also changing the sizing structures to match the culture. This is primarily noticable in women's clothing. Since the Asian girls were wearing what was equivilent to our size 0 or 00, the manufactuers moved the 00 to size 1 and size 0 to size 3 and size 1 to size 5 etc, etc. So now the clothes are starting to "fit smaller" when in fact they are just made a little smaller. It is a good idea to do some research on this before committing to the order. The best way to do it, since a Large is not always a Large, is to go by measurements. Find out from your supplier what measurements the t-shirt is meant to fit and post that size chart when you begin to take orders (like in the Sears Catelogue). This will prevent returns and keep the customers who order from you satisfied.
While I am on this topic I would like to let all of the women out there, especially us "Saskatchewan Farm Girls", know that IT IS NOT YOU - IT IS THE CLOTHES!!! We are not getting larger, the clothes are getting smaller, and they are no longer being made with "hips" and "chests" cut into them. They are not being made for those of us that have "child-bearing hips". Keeo this in mind whike you are shopping and do not blame yourself for going a size or two larger, blame the manufactuers!!
I hope that helps you with your t-shirt ordering.
I have no problem with a men's large, but my wife will want a shirt too....she's either a size 1 or 3, depending on the manufacturer....think that'll be possible?
If not, she'll just have to squeeze into mine with me.
I've had to do the T-shirt ordering thing a few times and found that for most males Large and X-Large. Even between manufactures the difference in their sizes isn't that great. Tossing in women's sizes just doubles your inventory, but that's okay if you go through them.
I see you are polling people for shrt sizes however I have not seen the design and colours yet. You said you were going to fix the applet that showed them...can you email me the designs and colours so I can see them? Thanks....Eb
Sorry about that, i forgot. I worked on the online store last night actually, its now 100% ready.
Thanks for showing me the pics of the shirts. Now, how much are you asking for them? Also, when will your online store be available for viewing and how do I access it?
The online store will go online very soon, i say in the next week, the shirts won't be available yet. i dont want to open the site till i know the date the shirts will be here.
But there is lots of other fun stuff in the store, most of the stuff is though affiliates.
They look better than I thought they would.....the shirts look good too.
