I finaly got around to adding a "Terms of Service" to the site.

When a new user signs up they must agree to the terms, as well from this point on when a current member logs into the site they must agree. the Terms of Service page should only come up for this first login, after that it should remember that you have agreed and not prompt you again.

hmm seems i made a goof, when an already registered member tried to login after accepting the terms was forwarded to the new user sign up.

So one could not login.

I removed the TOS from existing members login for now

Phew!!! For a couple of minutes I thought I was a goner Trev!
