I find that ever since the war started, and is increasing, there are beggining to get too many topics about war on this board. Even on the Jokes/Humor section. Dont get me wrong, I had me share of frequent postings on these topics. I just think there are too many of them and us users arent talking about things that we used to, like "Which NHL team will win the Presidents trophy?" or "Compare this site to other Canada sites."

   

So start some new discussions.

The invasion is weighing heavily on all our minds right now and I think we could all use a break. The thing is that all of the media is consumed with the war right now...even the local oldies station manages to slip in references to it between Guess Who tunes.

I think it's inevitable that we are talking about the war, but I'd welcome a chance to talk about something else.

   

I once had a girl, or should i say, she once had me.
She showed me her room, is not it good, norwegian wood?
She asked me to stay and she told me to sit anywhere,
So i looked around and i noticed there wasn't a chair.
I sat on a rug, biding my time, drinking her wine.
We talked until two and then she said, 'it's time for bed'.
She told me she worked in the morning and started to laugh.
I told her i didn't and crawled off to sleep in the bath.
And when i awoke i was alone, this bird had flown.
So i lit a fire, is not it good, norwegian wood.
