Ok folks...as you all know we all love our TIMS...so who ever can come up with the best story on how far(to what lengths) they have gone to get a TIMS, will be CKA'S official Tims addict.
Here is a picture of your award and of course your photo will be added to it...who knows Trev might even throw in a book of coupons.

Used to drive the 70 kliks every morning fom camp just to get a triple triple.

What's really death defying(and Ikea man can verify this) is trying to negotiate the drive through in Strathmore in the morning when all the newfies are there in their full size crew cabs. Some wicked 2 and 3 point turns can happen in front of you. 8O

Actually, I don't love Tim's at all. I know, it's blashemy!

I don't drink coffee, so that whole angle is lost on me. Their sandwiches are okay, but overpriced. And their donuts...well, they used to be awesome. Their donuts were the best in Canada (store bought anyways) bar none.

Then Wendy's took it over and now they suck. Have you had a Creme Supreme in the past year or so? They blow chunks...I guess all in all, it's a good thing because those little lumps of deep fried dough would have given me a heart attack sooner or later.

The only good thing left on their menu is Timbits, and that's not nearly enough for me to stand in giant line-ups waiting to buy them.

I would run naked through the streets, jump off a bridge, and surface with a tricycle for some Timmie's.........

Well...I have a valid medical reason for loving Timmies.....this one time, when I was really constipated I pounded back a couple xl dd's and 20 mins later...tada! Had to paint after that but well worth it.

crystalsm @ Wed Mar 22, 2006 4:35 pm

I think I have darkened the door of almost every Tims from Vancouver to Edmonton.

Tim Horton's is my crack fix.

Roll up the rim to win at Tim's. I still have 3 free coffee's coming my way. Still looking for a better prize!

We own some Llama on our farm. We're about 15 minutes drive from the nearest Tim Horton’s. One snowy day we needed our fix but the Tahoe could not make it out of the driveway because of the snow.

So we have this one young female Llama who seems up for the task. If we travel cross country we can make it to town I figure in about 1/2 hour and then if we follow the same path back we can get home even sooner.

So we pack up and head out. It’s fairly warm but I'm worried that the coffee will cool by the time I get home so I rig up a mini warmer on the side of the beast (her name is Elliot).

Elliot and I ride off toward town. Bounding through the snow she almost loses me a few times but eventually we find some open ground and give’er.

It takes about 25 minutes to reach the edge of town and we pull through the drive through. I order my 3 double doubles and they tell me they don't serve "foot traffic" at the drive through.

So I explain that I am on my Llama and she does not appreciate being tied up. I can hear the manager in the background agreeing with me and I pull through and pick up my coffee and head back to the ranch.

And that’s about it.
