I only wondering, if many of you have seen the movie about Maurice Richard and what you think about it's historic representation of the time, mostly about the english versus french relation? Some french come out of the cinema with a certain anger towards the english for how we were treat back then. Personnaly, I have like the movie and come out of it with a certain respect for the english since they had change their ways significantly in a short span of time.
The English and the French didn't like each other, hmmm. Was it really one sided or were they divided like the Irish in Ontario. ie. Donnely
I would not say didn't like each others as, did not knew each others since their language limited thier communication.

C'est un fait que c'est plus qu'une histoire de langue. Oui les anglais avais un pouvoir économique disproportionner et il y semblait aussi y avoir un certain dédaint si on peut dire des uns envers les autres. Mais les choses ont beaucoup changé depuis.
